Misconduct Prevention Policy

1. Our Commitment

We invest in moderation tools, reporting features, and review processes to protect our members from harassment, fraud, exploitation, and other harmful conduct. This policy applies to all members, profiles, messages, and content on Unicorn Dating.

2. Zero-Tolerance Conduct

The following are strictly prohibited on Unicorn Dating and will result in enforcement action:

• Soliciting, offering, or advertising commercial sexual services, escort services, or any form of sexual exploitation;
• Any sexual content, solicitation, or contact involving, or purporting to involve, a minor;
• Harassment, threats, stalking, hate speech, or discriminatory abuse directed at another member;
• Romance scams, financial fraud, phishing, or requests for money, gift cards, or cryptocurrency;
• Impersonation of another person or the creation of fake or duplicate profiles;
• Sharing another person's private information without consent ("doxxing") or posting non-consensual intimate imagery;
• Any activity that is illegal under applicable law.

3. Profile & Content Standards

All members must use genuine photos of themselves and provide accurate information about their age and identity. We prohibit profiles that use another person's photos, stolen images, or misleading information. Members must be at least 18 years old to register, consistent with our Terms of Use.

4. Detection & Enforcement

We use a combination of automated systems and human review to detect suspicious profiles, messages, and behavior patterns associated with fraud, harassment, or underage use. Our trust and safety team reviews reports submitted by members and may proactively investigate accounts that show signs of policy violations.

5. Reporting Misconduct

If you experience or witness misconduct, please use the "Report" button on the relevant profile, message, or photo, or email with as much detail as possible. All reports are reviewed confidentially, and we do not disclose the identity of the reporting member to the reported user.

6. Consequences

Depending on the severity and history of the violation, we may take one or more of the following actions: issue a warning, remove the offending content, temporarily suspend the account, permanently ban the account and associated devices or payment methods, and, where appropriate, notify law enforcement.

7. Cooperation with Law Enforcement

We cooperate with law enforcement agencies investigating fraud, exploitation, or other criminal activity connected to our platform, and we will disclose information as required by valid legal process, consistent with our Privacy Policy.
