5. Subscriptions & Billing

Certain features of Unicorn Dating require a paid subscription. Prices, billing frequency, and renewal terms are disclosed to you before you complete a purchase. Unless otherwise stated, paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle until cancelled. 6. Prohibited Conduct

When using Unicorn Dating, you agree that you will not:

• Request or send money, gift cards, cryptocurrency, or financial information from or to another member (a common sign of romance scams);

• Attempt to circumvent our security, moderation, or age-verification measures.

7. User Content & License

You retain ownership of the photos, text, and other content you submit ("User Content"). By posting User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and distribute it as necessary to operate and promote the platform. You represent that you own or have the rights to any User Content you submit and that it does not infringe the rights of any third party.

8. Safety Disclaimer

You are solely responsible for your interactions with other members, both online and in person. 10. Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in conduct harmful to other members or the platform, or if required to do so by law. You may close your account at any time from your account settings.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Unicorn Pro LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the platform or your interactions with other members, whether online or in person.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Unicorn Pro LLC, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the platform.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
